A citizen initiative for better public infrastructure
Origin Story
EasySettle is a citizen-led initiative inspired by efficient civic service models observed in Singapore.
The idea emerged from first-hand experience working in Singapore, where structured citizen feedback plays a vital role in maintaining high-quality public infrastructure. Having seen how small reports can lead to significant improvements, we wanted to bring that same efficiency to Kerala.
Founder's Context
Our founder brings over 25+ years of experience in the IT industry. Born and brought up in Kochi, they have a deep familiarity with local infrastructure challenges.
"Having worked across global technology environments and returning to Kochi, the contrast in civic responsiveness became evident. EasySettle was conceived to provide a simple, respectful channel for citizens to communicate infrastructure issues to the appropriate authorities."
